Stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an individual A/C, and hardwood floors are all standard apartment amenities. 

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

Maintenance

Units are turned after every move out to ensure a clean and easy move in. This includes a fresh coat of paint and thorough professional cleaning.

No, residents are not required to be present.

Yes, the Chateau La Fayette has on-site maintenance services. 

In order to get help with a repair or an issue in the unit, residents can create a maintenance request online explaining the issue
and it's priority.

Contact management if you are locked out during office hours, or contact maintenance if locked out during off hours.

Administrative

Most applications will be approved or denied within 2 business days.

Residents may pay rent via check, credit card, or electronic payment.

Yes, the combined income of a household must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval.

Residents have the option to pay an additional $13 a month for renters insurance or use a 3rd party insurance.

No, residents are responsible for the duration of their lease terms.

Please set up your utilities directly with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), Ratio Utility Billing (RUBS)
and your preferred internet/cable provider.  

None, electricity payments are paid directly through LADWP,  while both water and trash are on a RUBS program.
